Platform

One agent. Five roles your stores actually need.

Store managers and sales assistants ask one SERA in the mobile app. HQ and area managers work in the admin portal. Behind both is one agent that answers as the retail director, the stock manager, the coach, the floor manager or the customer experience lead, depending on the question.

Role 1

KPI intelligence

The retail director in their pocket.

  • Daily KPIs per store versus last year, target and the network: footfall, conversion, revenue, basket, units per transaction
  • Proactive alert when a KPI drifts, with the likely cause from the data and one action for today
  • Top sales associates and top products, so praise and focus land on the right people
  • Weekly briefing on Monday morning: the week behind, the week ahead, three priorities
"You are at 12.4 against 14.6 last year and footfall is up, so people are leaving without buying. Pair each new starter with Anna for the first two hours today and watch the greet."SERA to a store manager, Tuesday 08:10

Role 2

Inventory

Weeks of cover per SKU, every morning.

  • Daily stock by SKU and store, with weeks of cover from the last four weeks of sales
  • Worst-ten low-stock list and overstock list, ranked by money at risk
  • Stock-out early warning two to three weeks before the shelf is empty
  • Campaign sell-through tracked against the commercial calendar
"Air Force 1 white in 42 has been under one week of cover since July. Next delivery is Friday. Until then offer Mammut or Corvin, both have it."SERA to a sales assistant
Role 3

People development

A coach that shows up every day, not once a quarter.

  • 150+ modules on leadership, KPIs, selling, scheduling, visual merchandising and shrink, rebuilt from your materials and in your tone
  • Area managers send a coaching session to one store or ten in one tap; the store manager gets a push and a session on the phone
  • Onboarding journeys for new hires with a quiz after each module and a knowledge score per person
  • Coaching for the manager on people issues: what to say, how to say it, what to try first
"Bring it up today, privately, and keep it short. Say what you saw, ask what is going on, and listen before you say anything else."SERA to a store manager about a late employee

Role 4

Operations

Opening to closing, the same in every store.

  • Daily checklists and tasks with a due time and photo proof
  • Campaign rollouts reach every store at once, with the visual standard attached
  • Visual merchandising check: the store photo against the guideline
  • Peak-hour staffing guidance from the footfall pattern of that store
"Autumn Running wall is up in 10 of 20 stores. Pólus, KÖKI and Campona have not sent a photo yet. Want me to remind them?"SERA to an area manager
Role 5

Customer experience

Service that does not depend on the shift.

  • Customer feedback and NPS per store, with the recurring themes named
  • Complaint handling guided from your policy, not improvised
  • Service standards coached in the staff room, not on the floor
  • Loyalty and campaign mechanics explained to the team before the customer asks
"Three reviews this week mention waiting at the till on Saturday afternoon. Your Saturday schedule has two on till from 14:00. Move one from the floor at 13:30."SERA to a store manager

Tone of voice per brand

Each partner sets how SERA speaks. A sports brand gets a coach at half-time: score, next play, belief in the team. A luxury brand gets a maison director: calm, precise, formal address. A grocer gets an operations lead who talks in shelves and queues.

The length rule is the same everywhere: two to five sentences, the action first, nothing the manager cannot read between two customers.

Admin portal

For HQ: every store, every partner, and whether it is working.

Usage, open questions, task completion, alert read rates, token use and the KPIs themselves, per store and per partner.
