Starts with 150 modules. Ends up sounding like you.
The library was written by retail leaders who ran stores for major corporate brands. It covers what a store manager needs to know and what a new hire needs in the first ninety days. You upload your own materials and SERA rebuilds the modules in your language, your tone and your rules.
Leadership
Lead, coach, drive, inspire. Intentional leadership for store managers: listening to learn, making it personal, inviting people in, celebrating their victories, getting the win. The conversations managers avoid and how to have them.
Retail KPIs and sales performance
What conversion, basket and UPT mean on the floor, how to move each one, how to read your store against last year and target, and what to do about a Saturday afternoon dip.
Selling and service
Greet within ten seconds, the open question, add-on without pushing, handling the no, the complaint that becomes a loyal customer. Service ethos for any brand, re-voiced per brand.
Scheduling and peak-hour staffing
Reading the footfall curve, building a rota that follows it, labour productivity, when to move people from floor to till and back.
Visual merchandising and campaigns
Store planning, campaign windows, the planogram walk, photo proof, what good looks like and what to fix first when it is not.
Shrink and operations
Shrink prevention, opening and closing routines, stock room discipline, the daily checklist that actually gets done.
Your SOPs in, your coaching out.
- Upload policies, SOPs, brand standards and existing training decks
- SERA rebuilds the relevant modules with your rules, your product names and your tone
- Each partner has its own tone: coach, maison director, operations lead
- Modules are 8 to 15 minutes, built for the staff room, not the sales floor
- A five-question quiz after each module gives a knowledge score per person and per store

How a coaching session reaches a store
1. An area manager or SERA itself picks a store and a module, from a KPI signal or by choice.
2. The store manager gets a push: "Eszter sent you a coaching session on peak-hour staffing. When do you want to take it?"
3. At the chosen time SERA opens the session in chat: explains, asks, checks understanding, gives the one thing to try this week.
4. The team gets the staff-room version after the manager completes it.
5. Completion, quiz score and the KPI two weeks later go back to the area manager.
Where coaching goes next.
Voice coaching so staff can talk to SERA instead of typing. AI roleplay where SERA plays a difficult customer and scores the response. Spaced repetition that re-asks the key points 7 and 30 days later. A talking avatar for module intros.
Roadmap items are in development and not part of the current pilot scope.
